Rachel Carney, president of the NYC Campaign for an Elected Civilian Review Board. They seek to create a board that would be able to punish police, in contrast the to recently established Civilian Complaint Review Board, which is only able to recommend discipline. The Campaign seeks to establish the Board by getting a charter amendment on the ballot. They are seeking the Libertarian Party’s endorsement.
