Life in the War Zone

So there’s a cornucopia of cops, a plethora of police, a bevy of badges, a fuckload of fuzz these days in my neighborhood.

You get the idea: It’s like being in an occupied country.

Thank goodness all the dictators currently in residence in Turtle Bay are not being inconvenienced by taxpaying, working people trying to get down Second Avenue.

Well , if Bush & Ahmadinejad visited 80863 , I imagine the town would fill with cops too .

You don’t have to live in the capitol of the world where we have more animals than cops .

( Incidentally , Eric , I lost my license when living in Rochester when I decided to run from a cop who started after me as I accelerated up to the highway speed limit a couple of hundred meters early at the edge of a town between a couple of the finger lakes in my new Porsche 924 turbo . Made moving to Manhattan make more sense at the time . )
