Alexis Perrotta
Senior Policy Analyst , Regional Plan Association ( RPA.org )
Alexis has authored RPA's studies on congestion pricing, MTA financing, and affordable housing,
She is an expert on municipal and capital financing, and looks forward to discussing the big picture of these and other timely issues including use of the West Side Rail Yards air rights .
Alexis is a founding board member of Housing Plus Solutions, a community-based non-profit organization whose mission is to provide housing and services for formerly incarcerated women with children. Alexis Perrotta received a Master of Public Administration from the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs.
