State Senate majority leader Joe Bruno won’t seek re-election.
It seems like only yesterday we were complaining that nothing ever changes in Albany. Now in less than two years, we’ve seen Comptroller Hevesi and Governor Spitzer resign in disgrace and Bruno retire under a cloud of suspicion. Interesting times.
